About this Cocktail

This was my entry to the Luxardo Campione Competition 2014. I presented it at Steam & Rye, London and then at The Lost Garden, Bournemouth for the Bartenders league where i came 2nd place.

Ingredients:
  • 1 fresh apricot (stone removed)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 20ml Gomme
  • 25ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • 10ml Luxardo Amaretto
  • 10ml Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
  • 5ml Campari
Preparation:

Muddle apricot in shaker, add other ingredients, shake and fine strain into a Coupet Glass and garnish with 2 Maraschino Cherries and a ball of Gorgonzola Cheese.
