About this Cocktail
This was my entry to the Luxardo Campione Competition 2014. I presented it at Steam & Rye, London and then at The Lost Garden, Bournemouth for the Bartenders league where i came 2nd place.
1 fresh apricot (stone removed)
Juice of half a lemon
25ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
10ml Luxardo Amaretto
10ml Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
Muddle apricot in shaker, add other ingredients, shake and fine strain into a Coupet Glass and garnish with 2 Maraschino Cherries and a ball of Gorgonzola Cheese.
