I stumbled across this one online in a Town & Country article at just the right time. Since I was feeling a bit adventurous and I oddly had a feeling that peanut butter and Willett Pot Still Reserve might actually be a good combo i said why not. In the end it wasn't too shabby.
Now all I need is to have the disposable income to make a trip to The Handle Bar at the Four Seasons in Jackson Hole, Wy.
1.5 oz Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon
.5 oz peanut butter
.5 oz fresh cream
.5 oz creme de cacao
Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake vigourously...seriously, there is peanut butter in here so shake it until your shoulders burn. Strain into a coupe and top with a bit of cocoa powder.
