I created this cocktail for use at Blackberry Farm, a Relais & Chateaux resort located in Walland, TN. A fun way to end your meal and tame that sweet tooth.
1.5 oz. Vanilla Vodka
.5 oz. Housemade vanilla syrup
.5 oz. Creme de Cacao
.25 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
1 dash of Fee Bros. Aztec Chocolate Bitters
White chocolate / raw sugar crushed rim
Take a chilled martini glass and rim it in vanilla syrup. Then dip the rim into a chopped up mixture of white chocolate and raw sugar. Then in a mixing tin with ice add everything and shake long and hard till extremely cold. Then strain into the martini glass and garnish with chocolate shavings.
