White Peach Pisco Punch

About this Cocktail

Khi Leonard created this for the Good Spirits co. Cocktail Club in Glasgow. It was voted favourite of the night.

Ingredients:
  • 30ml Pisco
  • 15ml Cocchi Rosa
  • 20ml white peach puree
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 12.5ml simple syrup
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • Splash of soda
  • Slice of peach to garnish
Preparation:

Add everything but the soda to an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice filled Collins glass and top with a splash of soda. Garnish with a slice of fresh peach.
