This is a cocktail I created for use at Blackberry Farm, a Relais & Chateaux resort located in Walland, TN. Perfect fireside cocktail. Touch of sour, a little creamy and hints of chocolate.
1.5 oz. Hanger One Hand of Buddah Vodka
1 oz. Creme de Cocoa
.5 oz. Simple Syrup (2:1 ratio)
1 dash of Fee Bros. Aztec Chocolate Bitters
1 egg white
In an empty cocktail shaker add all your ingredients and give a hard dry shake for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake till cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Rim and garnish with a thick lemon twist.
