Winter's Walnut

About this Cocktail

This cocktail started with a trip to South East Kentucky this summer to celebrate San Giovanni Day and pick green walnuts on the Jennings Hollow Farm. Six months later we have a batch of Nocino from the R&D side of the distillery. For winter, we paired the fennelly-vanilla Nocino with our Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, some cream and top with a little soda water to lighten up the mood! This recipe is a takeoff of Kevin O'Mara's Nocino Fizz - thanks for the inspiration!

  • 1 ounce KWW Nocino
  • 1 ounce Cold City Old Brew Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 ounce Heavy Cream
  • Top with Soda

Shake Coffee and Nocino
Strain over ice
Add Cream
Top with Soda
For some folks we add a little lemon
