About this Cocktail

Yes, this is yet another rum sour. But wait, stay with me, it's special. The rums blend superbly, and the absinthe + tiki bitters add a drying spicy feel/flavor. Lastly, the egg white transform the cocktail into a silky smooth standout.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Vizcaya rum
  • 1 oz Lemon Hart rum
  • .75 oz lemon, the juice of
  • .5 oz pineapple simple syrup
  • 1 full dropper dash of Bittermens tiki bitters
  • 1 dash absinthe
  • 1 egg, the white of
Preparation:

Add all the ingredients and dry shake to emulsify the egg. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a cocktail glass.
