About this Cocktail
Cool and easy. Bolivian brandy is slightly different than regular brandy, and is a treasure of the nation.
6 fresh mint leaves
4 1/2 tsp lime juice
1 1/2 tsp simple syrup
4 1/2 tsp green Chartreuse
4 1/2 tsp fino Sherry
1 Tbsp Bolivian brandy (Rujero Singani, eg)
Fill glass with ice. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, strain into highball. Garnish with mint
