About this Cocktail

Cool and easy. Bolivian brandy is slightly different than regular brandy, and is a treasure of the nation.

Ingredients:
  • Ice
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp simple syrup
  • 4 1/2 tsp green Chartreuse
  • 4 1/2 tsp fino Sherry
  • 1 Tbsp Bolivian brandy (Rujero Singani, eg)
Preparation:

Fill glass with ice. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, strain into highball. Garnish with mint

    Thanks for the drink. Not being a fan of mint, I altered it some for me, including not having a Bolivian Brandy on hand.
