New Bartender, Fraser, at the Good Spirit Co. Cocktail Club in Glasgow presented his first cocktail this month.
30ml Otto's Athens Vermouth
20ml Hinton's Madeiran Rum
15ml Liqueur de Pamplemousse Rose
Dash of Citric Acid Soloution
Flamed grapefruit zest garnish
Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe and flame a grapefruit twist over the drink before adding as a garnish.
