About this Cocktail

My own tribute to #eriklorincz , head bartender at the savoy , london , made with products of my land , liguria , #italy

Ingredients:
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1tbs pinoles
  • 45ml talisker storm
  • 10ml dry sherry
  • 40ml pineapple juice
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
Preparation:

Put basil leaves, tomatoes and pinoles into a shaker, push them very hard, add all the remaning ingredients, shake and double strain over fresh crushed ice.
