About this Cocktail
Designed for a "sophisticated toga party".
1.5oz Strawberry infused Gin (see notes)
.75oz Aphrodite Vermouth (see notes)
.25oz Giffard Frais de Bois
Gin: Infused about a half pound of dried strawberries from Wegmans in 32oz of Beefeater for 2 weeks.
Vermouth: Infuse 1 vanilla bean in 8oz of Carpano Antica for 1 week. Mix 1:1 with Cinzano Rosso.
Stir. Strain. Rocks. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
