About this Cocktail

Concocted by Trey at the Blue Spoon in Portland, Maine.

  • 1.5 oz Jefferson's Rye
  • 1 oz Campari
  • .75 oz Cynar
  • .25 oz Benedictine

Stir with ice, strain into cocktail glass.

    Yeah so we just made this using pikesville rye and it was so so good. I want to play around with it a little and see what else can be done with it. But a great find nonetheless

    This one is sublime. Keep coming back to it. Dialed the Benedictine back just a bit, because of the sweetness, but this is a go-to at my house.
