About this Cocktail

A second (unserved) cocktail I made for the recent opening of a friend's bakery. (Cf "Village | Sweet") Still a work in progress, but if at first you don't succeed...

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
  • .75 oz Xanté (pear/cognac liqueur)
  • 2 dashes Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters
Preparation:

Mix, stir, pour (this version is highball with a rock)

    Update: working better at 2 oz bourbon, 1 oz Xanté. Also added a lemon twist to indeterminate effect.
