About this Cocktail

This is an amazing cocktail first introduced in San Francisco by Owen Westman of Bourbon & Branch. This is my favorite cocktail as it's quite complex yet surprisingly refreshing. Tastes like spiked gourmet herbaceous lemon aid with a smokey finish.

  • 1oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1oz lemon juice
  • 1/2oz Laphroaig Quarter Cask
  • 1/2oz Maraschino
  • 1/4oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 2 Dashes Peach Bitters

Add all ingredients into shaker then add ice - shake vigorously. Suggest to double strain over fresh ice.

    Fantastic. The nose is all Laphroig, but the palate is round, lemony, and fresh. Imagine a Scotsman's take on the Corpse Reviver 2 and you've got this perfect cocktail.

    I had high expectations here because I love every ingredient in this cocktail. It did not disappoint! Fantastic blending of all of the flavors where none of them overpower the other. Michelle is right, scot's take on a reviver!
