About this Cocktail

Refreshing classic. Good for a warm day, with a rich meal, and surprisingly fitting as a brunch cocktail. This one is made with Martin Miller Westbourne gin and a fancier aged chartreuse, but I often go with a basic London dry, like Beefeater, and the more commonly found green chartreuse.

  • 3/4 oz Martin Miller Westbourne gin
  • 3/4 oz 8-yr aged Chartreux V.E.P. Jaune
  • 3/4 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime

Shake and double strain into a coupe. No garnish.

Agree with Patrick. One of the great drinks. Especially with that aged Chartreuse - I had the pleasure of drinking the one pictured here.

Big crowd pleaser tonight but up the yellow chartreuse and ease up on the Luxardo😝
