About this Cocktail

A long, cool drink for what is sure to be a long, hot summer.

  • 1 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Pimm's no. 1
  • .5 oz Sherry
  • .5 oz. Gomme Syrup
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • .25 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1 slice Seedless European Cucumber
  • 1 3" slice Pineapple
  • 3 Orange Peels (cut on a vegetable peeler)
  • 1 clove

Add the cucumber, pineapple, orange peels, and gin to a shaker tin and lightly muddle. Add the remaining ingredients with cracked ice to the tin and shake like hell. Strain into a hi-ball glass filled with cracked or crushed ice and garnish creatively with a large plume of mint, a curl of cucumber, an orange peel, or edible flowers. Serve with a straw.
