About this Cocktail

This is a variation on a cocktail I had at Noble Experiment in San Diego.

  • 1 oz Nolet Gin
  • 1/2 oz St Germain
  • 1/4 oz Rose Syrup (Monin)
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • 5 Dashes of Rose Water
  • 3 Dashes of Peychaud Bitters
  • Top with soda water

Combine all ingredients except the bitters and soda water. Dry shake, then with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and top with bitters and soda water.

    You can also increase the rose syrup to 1/2 oz, depending on how floral you want the cocktail. I know that the St Germain and rose syrup sound sweet together, but it's actually a good balance with the floral notes.
