About this Cocktail

Pairing smoky mezcal with briny sherry and vegetal Cynar.

  • 1.5 oz Del Maguey Mezcal
  • 1.25 oz Cynar
  • .5 oz Fino Sherry
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • Grapefruit Zest
  • Pinch of salt

Stirred & served over ice.
